The bargaining parties that participate in the IAM National 401(k) Plan (the "Plan") must agree to the Fund's Standard Contract Language (SCL) and special class groups can participate under a Special Participation agreement. These documents set forth the basis for participation in and contributions to the Plan.

Certain options, as shown in the the Fund's SCL, may be negotiated by the bargaining parties.

The Fund's Special Participation agreement document is currently under revision. Contact the Fund Office if you need assistance.
